Kerala's Beedi baron who rammed security guard with SUV denied bail
Mohammed Nisham, owner of King Beedi co physically assaulted the security guard and later rammed him with an SUV, a Hummer following an argument over delay in opening the gate.
A local court denied bail to Kerala-based businessman Mohammed Nisham, charged with murder following the death of a 50-year-old security guard against whom he allegedly rammed his luxury vehicle last month. District and Sessions Judge B Sundheendrakumar dismissed the bail petition filed by Nisham.
Chandrabose, who was seriously injured last month, battled for his life for 18 days and succumbed to injuries on February 16.
