Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has sought an appointment with Lt Governor Anil Baijal to discuss the law and order situation in his constituency of New Delhi.

In a letter to all resident welfare associations in the constituency, the chief minister said a large number of residents complained of deteriorating law and order situation and that he has sought an appointment with the LG to discuss the same.

"People have complained of increase in thefts, chain- snatching incidents, eve teasing etc. Especially women are feeling very unsafe," he said in the letter.

He also asked the RWAs to give detailed information about the crimes that have taken place in their areas.

Kejriwal also asked the associations to give suggestions to improve the law and order situation.
