Shri Rajpur Karni Sena (SRKS) is all set to oppose the presence of Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) chief Prasoon Joshi at the Jaipur Literature Festival. They also plan to protest against Javed Akhtar at the event scheduled to take place in Jaipur from January 25 to 29.Prasoon Joshi is scheduled to address a session titled 'Main aur Woh: Conversations with Myself' on January 28. Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi are regulars at the festival.Speaking to DNA, Mahipal Singh Makrana, president, SRKS, said: "We will oppose the presence of both Prasoon Joshi and Javed Akhtar at the JLF. The CBFC chief has disregarded history and our sentiments and cleared the film — that too, when historians and royalty from Rajasthan had raised objections after watching the film."When asked about what they planned to do, Makrana said: "Wait and watch. We do not do things on the sly. We have declared what we plan to do and we will do it. Javed and Shabana have also hurt our sentiments, so we will speak against them, too."SRKS patron Lokendra Kalvi confirmed that the organisation will stage the protests. He told DNA: "I can only hope that the CBFC chief does not attend JLF. There is much resentment against him among the youth of our community and it would be difficult to restrain them. He could be treated in a way similar to that of Bhansali."       The first major public altercation surrounding the movie took place when director Sanjay Leela Bhansali was slapped by members of the SRKS in January 2017, while he was shooting for the film at Jaigarh Fort in Jaipur.
