Comedian Kapil Sharma was slated to address BJP's rally at Kirari, New Delhi for their candidate Anil Jha. Along with BJP leader Navjot Singh Sidhu, he was supposed to campaign for BJP in the area. But the comedian failed to make it to the rally.
