Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) president K Chandrasekhar Rao today appealed political leaders from Andhra-Rayalaseema regions to give up their pro-integrated state stance and facilitate division of Andhra Pradesh in a smooth fashion."Please respect the aspirations of the four crore people of Telangana and co-operate for an amicable division of the state. Let us get separated as dear brothers," Rao appealed, even as he warned that people of Telangana would have to cause an earthquake to secure separate statehood for the region after December 31 this year."We have been carrying out the agitation for a separate state for the past 10 years. We faced several hardships and stomached many insults in the process. We can't tolerate the injustice any longer. Don't let our anger overshoot the tolerable barriers," the TRS chief said.Rao was addressing a gathering of people who joined his party at the Telangana Bhavan in Hyderabad this afternoon. He said people of Telangana would give 15 to 20 days time to the Centre after December 31 for taking a favourable decision on creation of a separate state."If the Centre does not take a decision even then, it will cause a tsunami in the region," he warned.
