The Justice for Madani Forum today demanded that the Bangalore blast case, in which PDP leader Abdul Nasser Madani, has been listed as an accused, should be probed by any agency outside the state of Karnataka, preferably by the National Investigating Agency (NIA).The NIA was probing similar terror related cases. If the Karnataka police is continuing to investigate the case, it will be a replay of the Coimbatore bomb blast case, when Madani was put behind bars for nearly 10 years and he will not get justice, Forum chairman, Sebastian Paul, former MP, told reporters in Kochi.Paul alleged that that the Karnataka police had not yet filed progress report in the case as they had no 'credible' evidence against Madani, he said.Madani was arrested from Kollam on August 17 by the Karnataka police and is in judicial custody.
