Junior constable holds police officers hostage in West Bengal's Jhargram

In a big news from West Bengal's Jhargram, a junior constanble is holding several police personnel hostage at the Jhargram Police Line.
As per the initial information, the said constable, Ratan Kumar, is on the rooftop of a building where many male and female officers are being held captive. He is not letting anyone in or out and opens fire when the force tries to enter the building.
He has already fired 15 shots.
