It is an expected result," Subash Bhattacharya said, noting that the judge had objected to the panel to the Rajya Sabha chairman Hamid Ansari, who formed the three-member committee.Bhattacharya said his client will follow the law and in all probability prove his "innocence" in Parliament."I can assure that he will prove his innocence," he added.
