Jhansi: Photojournalist electrocuted while clicking pictures of water train
UP CM Akhilesh Yadav announced a financial assistance of Rs 20 lakhs to his family.
A photojournalist of a leading English daily was electrocuted in Jhansi district on Monday while taking photographs of the water train parked in the railway yard.
Ravi Kanaujia (25) was clicking pictures of the train when he came in contact with a power line, police said. He died on the spot.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav condoled his death and announced financial assistance of Rs 20 lakhs to his family.
