The opposition PDP today alleged that the Jammu and Kashmir government has lost credibility within 15 months of coming to power due to its autocratic policies.     "It is not the numbers in Legislative Assembly but credibility among the people of the state that matters. Within 15 months after its formation, this regime has lost credibility due to its autocratic policies," PDP patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed told a public rally at Gharota, 20 km from here.     He alleged the state government has failed on all fronts.     Saying that dialogue is the only way to restore peace in region, the former chief minister stressed on the need of taking more "Confidence Building Measures (CBMs) to take the peace process to the logical end.     "The reconciliation and peace initiatives started after formation of PDP-Congress regime in the state is an irreversible process and there is no alternative to this process," Sayeed said.     The PDP through its pro-peace policies convinced both India and Pakistan to break the ice and take some CBMs for restoration of peace in the region, he said and alleged that the process received a setback during the NC-Cong government's tenure.
