Rural Development Jairam Ramesh will undertake a four-day visit to Naxal-hit districts of Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh to oversee the implementation of development programmes."I am leaving for a four-day visit to Naxal-affected districts tomorrow night," the minister told PTI.During his trip, he will be covering the districts of Dantewada, Narainpur, Bijaipur in Chattisgarh and Vishakapatnam in Andhra Pradesh.After assuming charge of the ministry, Jairam had said the Naxals will be "defeated ideologically" if programmes meant for rural development are successfully implemented.He also has announced various plans for 60 Naxal-affected districts under the Union government's Integrated Action Plan.
