Attacking the Centre and state government for their alleged failure to check price rise, BJP unit here today said it would hold protest rallies in Jammu and Kashmir on the issue."Party will hold rallies in Jammu on February 9 to register its protest against the failure of the Central and state governments to control price rise that is hitting the common man," state BJP president Shamsher Singh Manhas told reporters here today.He said "the stoic silence on part of Congress, National Conference and PDP in the state over the issue indicates these parties have no concern for common man."The soaring prices are a result of the Centre's failure to create long term policy and plans for the food security, Manhas alleged.
