According to reports, Iran's President Hassan Rouhani will be coming to India on a three-day-visit this week. The news was reported by Iran's ISNA news agency.

He will coming to India on 15th February, Thursday. During the meeting with PM Modi and other Indian officials, Rouhani will be looking to firm up relationship between the two countries. According to reports, Rouhani is expected to address a foreign policy meet also. Iran President is  is expected to discuss about  latest regional and global developments' in his meeting with PM Modi. Finalization of Chabahar port wil also be top of the agenda. According to ISNA, it will be  very effective for bilateral trade in the region and mutual access of Afghanistan to regional and international markets'. 

India has been a major buyer of oil and gas from Iran even during the time when there was sanctions imposed on the country by international community. 

Iran has been recently in news over massive anti-government protest. Rouhani will be visiting India on the invitation of PM Modi.
