Just before winter, a large conspiracy of terrorist infiltration has been revealed in Kashmir Valley. If intelligence is to be believed about 250 terrorists are trying to infiltrate along the Pakistan border. This was revealed by GOC Major General Amardeep Singh Aujla of the Vajra Division of the Indian Army. Aujla said that the Indian army is vigilant and ready to foil any such attempt.

About 75 operations have taken place in the valley to wipe out terrorists. According to the Jammu and Kashmir police, only one civilian died during the operation, which is indicative of the cooperation the local population has extended to the army and the police.
