These ancestral property belonging to Dawood Ibrahim are located in Khed Taluka of Ratnagiri district in Maharashtra. Of these, four properties were bought by Delhi's lawyer Bhupendra Bhardwaj and two properties by Ajay Srivastava. Ajay Srivastava purchased Dawood's bungalow located in Mumbke village in Ratnagiri district for Rs 11 lakh 20 thousand. The government has benefited 22 lakh 79 thousand 600 rupees from this auction.

Officials of the Central Finance Department have auctioned Dawood Ibrahim's properties online under the Smugglers Foreign Exchange Manipulator Act (SAFEMA). Dawood Ibrahim and his family escaped from India after the serial bomb blasts in Mumbai on March 12, 1993. After this, the investigative agencies seized Dawood's famous Benami property. Many of these properties have been auctioned before.Seven properties were to be auctioned today, but it could not be auctioned due to a dispute.

Today Dawood's bungalow, six properties, including a mango orchard, have been auctioned in Lotte of Khed tehsil. Dawood Ibrahim's father, Ibrahim Kaskar, shifted to Mumbai after being appointed as Hawaldar in Mumbai. Ibrahim Kaskar lived in Pakmodia Street in the Nagpada area in Mumbai.

From there, Dawood Ibrahim went into the world of crime. Before that, Ibrahim Kaskar lived with his children in the same bungalow in Mumbake village, which was auctioned today. Dawood Ibrahim's childhood was spent in this bungalow, bought by Delhi's lawyer Ajay Srivastava during the auction today.
