Imphal: Grenade found at residence of BJP leader
Police said that the grenade was recovered by security forces after the locals discovered it.
A hand grenade was found at the gates of the residence of Manipur BJP leader Th Chaoba at Utlou in Bishnupur district on Thursday.
The grenade was discovered by the locals and was later recovered by security forces, a police officer said.
Chaoba is the convenor of the State Election Management Committee of BJP in Manipur.
No outfit has claimed responsibility for the act as yet.
