Isolated heavy rainfall is expected over Himachal Pradesh till August 14, and over Uttarakhand till August 16.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD), which issued an orange alert for sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim on Saturday's bulletin, predicts "heavy to very heavy rainfall" during the upcoming two days. The IMD issued a warning to residents advising them to stay away from weak structures and to avoid going into areas that are prone to water logging.
Himachal Pradesh: Heavy rain wreaked havoc at many places in Himachal Pradesh on Saturday, causing floods and landslides and forcing the closure of over 300 roads, as Monsoon bounced back in the hill state. The local MeT office has issued an orange alert of heavy to very rainfall on Sunday and a yellow warning of heavy rain on Monday.
Delhi: The weather office has predicted a generally cloudy sky for Sunday. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to settle around 36 and 27 degrees Celsius respectively.

In the past few days, there has been a lot of rain in Uttarakhand, which has led to major waterlogging and flooding in many districts and disrupted daily life. IMD had previously issued an orange alert for Saturday for Meghalaya, Assam, and Arunachal Pradesh.
