BJP spokesperson IK Jadeja failed to turn up before Justices (retired) GT Nanavati and Akshay Mehta riots probe commission on Monday. The former urban development minister sent a fax message on Monday morning that he would not able to appear before it as he was busy with work on panchayat polls in the state.
