The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will announce the MSBSHSE Maharashtra Board Class 12 Results 2018 on Wednesday May 30. The HSC Class 12 Results 2018 will be announced on official website mahresult.nic.in soon. The HSC 2018 exams were conducted by MSBSHSE from February 21 to March 20. Over 14 lakh students appeared in the Maharashtra Board's lass 12th exams.
Earlier, reports suggested that there's is a possibility of a slight delay of Maharashtra Board HSC Results 2018 as teachers who were checking Class 12 answer sheets went on strike from February 21 to March 9. They were demanding salary hike, pension, and changed provident fund plans.
In 2017, the Class 12 results were declared on May 30. Girls outperformed boys with the pass percentage of 93.5%. While 89.50% students cleared their exams, boys registered an overall pass percentage of 86.65%.
Here's how students can check their Maharashtra HSC 2018 Results:
1. Visit any of the following websites - mahresults.nic.in, maharashtraeducation.com, results.mkcl.org., examresults.net.
2. Enter your roll number/registration number, DOB and other required details in the respected fields.
3. Click on ‘Submit’
4. Your 12th result 2018 will be displayed.
5. Take a printout for future reference
About MSBSHSE:
The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, Pune is an Autonomous Body established under the provisions of the Maharashtra Act No. 41 of 1965. The MSBSHSE conducts the HSC and SSC Examinations in the state of Maharashtra through its 9 Divisional Boards located at Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nasik, Kolhapur, Amravati, Latur, Nagpur and Ratnagiri. The Board conducts examination twice a year and the number of students appearing for the main examination is around 14 lakh for HSC and 17 lakh for SSC. For the supplementary examination, around 6 lakh students sit for HSC and SSC together. There are about 21000 schools (SSC) and 7000 (HSC) Higher Sec. Schools / Jr. colleges in the entire state.
