Hizbul Mujahideen commander arrested in Srinagar

He was functioning as a commander of the outfit," a police spokesperson said.War is a resident of Sopore in north Kashmir's Baramulla district, the spokesperson said.Police have recovered one pistol, one magazine and four rounds from him.War had crossed the Line-of-Control (LoC) in 2000 for arms training, the spokesman said, adding, on his return, he was active in Sopore and Bandipora areas of north Kashmir.
