Hizbul holds meeting in Srinagar after challenging Army, releases poster threatening Kashmiri girls

After challenging the security forces to stop them, terrorist organisation Hizbul Mujahideen Jammu and Kashmir reportedly held a meeting in Srinagar and discussed how to recruit new people including girls.

According to Hizbul linked social media sites, the command council's meeting was led by Riyaz Naikoo on Wednesday.

"As you all know we had planned a meeting in Srinagar. By the grace of God mission was accomplished and now our next meeting will be in Delhi. Insha Allah we can conduct such meeting in any city of choice in India in future," Hizbul chief Riyaz Naikoo reportedly said.

However, DNA independently cannot verify the veracity of the image and the quote going viral.

During the meeting, it was reportedly discussed how to recruit more people, inducing girls.

The terrorists have also released a poster threatening Kashmiri girls to leg shot them if they will upload their videos of dancing on social media .

"Our meeting was 47 hours long which was headed by our two ameer's cheif Riyaz Naikoo( Mohammad Bin Qasim) and depty cheif Dr. Saifullah ( Musaib-Ul-islam ) they also spoke and showed how to fight with India and its agencies," reported Zee Media quoting Hamzah Hizbi from a statement.

Jammu and Kashmir Police in May 2017 had announced a cash reward of Rs 10 lakh for information on Umer Majid.
