Vishwa Hindu Parishad's international general secretary Praveen Togadia today said here that Hindu community should oppose the Prevention of Communal Violence Bill, because it was discriminatory.Talking to reporters, he said the bill treats Hindus as criminals.Under the bill, only the Hindus would be punished in the case of a communal violence, he alleged.VHP would launch a national campaign against the bill, he said. Togadia also criticised Andhra Pradesh government for allegedly not implementing the ban of cow-slaughter.
