The Himachal government today said it would spend Rs186 crore on 191 micro irrigation schemes in the state.     With the commissioning of these schemes, 26,656 hectare land would be brought under irrigation, state irrigation and public health minister Ravinder Ravi said here.     Under these schemes the waste water of the small rivulets shall be utilised for this purpose, he said.     The Minister further said that 17,427 hectare land was brought under irrigation in the state during the last 3 years.
