US secretary of state Hillary Clinton, a lover of Indian cuisine, today said she would have to be on a diet for the next seven days to offset her possible weight gain during her three-day visit to the country.Asked if every hearty Indian meal puts her on a diet of carrots and celery, she said, "It's very true.""After here and then in Delhi, I will have to be on a diet for at least a week," Clinton, who had earlier been to the city in 1997 as the First Lady after Mother Teresa's death, said.She and her entourage were treated to traditional Bengali sweets 'katchagoollah' and 'sandesh' during the meeting with West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at the Writers' Building.
