‘He spoke for more than an hour, but didn't speak a word on Rafale deal,’ Gandhi said while talking to reporters in Delhi.

‘I think Modiji has forgotten that he is the PM now, he should answer questions and not always accuse the opposition,’ the Congress president quipped.

The reactions came after Prime Minister’s blistering attack on the Opposition in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday.

The PM today replied in the Lok Sabha to the motion of thanks on President's address. PM Modi criticised the Congress over bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, alleging that it did so only for "political" considerations without any preparation for which the people were facing hardships.

‘Had Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel been the first Prime Minister, a part of Kashmir would not have been under control of Pakistan,’ he said.

The Prime Minister said Opposition has the right to protest but not disrupt. In more than four years, this was probably the first time when the Opposition protested against PM in such a vocal manner.

Throughout PM’s speech, the leaders of Opposition kept on chanting anti-govt slogans such as ‘dhokebazi band karo!’
