Punjab and Haryana high court today reserved its order on SPS Rathore's revision petition challenging his 18-month prison term in Ruchika molestation case as it concluded the over month long day-to-day hearings on the former Haryana DGP's plea.As the arguments, counter-arguments and rebuttals on the petition concluded, justice Jitendra Chauhan reserved his order and told Rathore's counsel wife Abha, the CBI and Ruchika family's counsel that they could submit their written submissions if any by 4 pm tomorrow.Concluding her arguments, Abha Rathore reiterated that those who had enmity with the former state police chief had got together to frame him.Rathore's petition was taken up for day-to-day hearing in justice Chauhan's court on July 2.

68-year-old Rathore has been lodged in the high-security Burail jail here since May 25, serving an 18-month prison term for molesting 14-year-old Ruchika Girhotra, his daughter's classmate, 20 years ago.Ruchika, a budding tennis player, had committed suicide three years after being molested by Rathore on August 12, 1990.
