BJP MLA from Hyderabad Raja Singh has said in his Facebook video that the assault of the Dalits who were carrying beef was a good thing to happen.
He even warned Dalits saying that if such an incident were to repeat, they would meet the same fate.
He even blasted media and politicians for criticising the assault. He even said that they were maligning Dalits who are helping in the cow protection work."Those who are sickular and those hungry for votes, especially Mayawati, why are you ruining Dalits' name.
He said that the work of gau rakshaks may get hindered by such incidents he urged his supporters to continue the work until 'gau mata' becomes a national stature.
n July 11, some Dalit youths from Mota Samadhiyala who were skinning a dead cow were flogged by cow vigilantes, alleging that they had killed the cow. After a video of the incident went viral, it sparked off violent protests across Gujarat.
