Govt offers rehabilitation for Naxals
Union home minister P Chidambaram's comments came in Jammu when he was explaining the policy being drafted by the J&K government for the rehabilitation of militants returning from PoK.
Government today offered to rehabilitate Naxalites if they give up arms and surrender. "If Naxals give up arms and surrender, they would also be rehabilitated," home minister P Chidambaram told a pressconference in Jammu.His comments on the issue came at a press conference in Jammu when he was explaining the policy being drafted by the Jammu and Kashmir government for the rehabilitation of militants returning from Pak-occupied-Kashmir (PoK).
