The order was given by a local court in Titlagarh yesterday.
The four accused namely, Alok Das, Santosh Rana, Jagdish Bag and Naresh Singh have also been charged with a penalty of Rs. 20,000.
Sahu was found dead with his throat slit at the roadside near his home town in Titlagarh, about 400 kilometers from Bhubaneswar, on December 15, 2013.
Sahu?s wife, Tukuni Sahu, who is presently the Titlagarh MLA, suspects that the master mind of this case is still at large.
Meanwhile, the four accused have alleged that the police have arrested them to save the guilty, who is a high-profile person.
