Four members of a gang allegedly involved in smuggling of contraband were today arrested by the Anti-Terror Squad (ATS) of Uttar Pradesh police from Indo-Nepal border in Siddharth Nagar district, a senior officer said here."Four persons were arrested by ATS this evening while they were trying to enter Indian side of the border through Badhni post in Siddharth Nagar district, and two kilogram heroin was recovered from their possession," additional director general of police Brij Lal told reporters.Those arrested were identified as Dinesh Yadav, Arjun Chauhan, Ram Milan and Dhruv Nishad, he said.The contraband, which was made in Thailand and was packed in leather cases was valued at over Rs 2 crore in the international market, the ADG said.
