Four people including a teacher have been arrested here for allegedly raping a minor and filming it, police said today.
    
Dinesh and his associates Nishan alias Shanu, Gurvinder and Taj Mohammad were arrested from Kheri town yesterday for raping a 14-year-old girl here and preparing obscene video clips to blackmail her, they added.
    
A case has been registered and further investigation is on, they said.
