Four Armymen to face Court of Inquiry
According to the complainant, the four had raped her at Military hospital at Khadki in 2015
Army has constituted a court of inquiry against four Army personnel after a 34-year-old speech and hearing impaired woman lodged a complaint of rape against them.
According to the complainant, the four had raped her at Military hospital at Khadki in 2015. The court of inquiry was ordered after a formal case was registered with Khadki police station. Police have registered a case under section 376 for rape and section 354 for molestation against the four.
The woman has been working at the Military hospital when one of the accused alleged raped her. “When the woman informed his senior, he assured her of action but then he too sexually assaulted her,” a police officer said.
