"We have arrested 15 people including six girls in last two days," T T Nagar Police Station Inspector Umesh Tiwari said, adding that two girls are from Pune and Nagpur in Maharashtra. He said that Pune girl has told police that she had been a bar girl and used to come here to make quick money.
An accused Pritam Singh was arrested with a girl at a guest house in T T Nagar on June 18 following a tip off, Tiwari said adding that more arrests were made subsequently. He said that some more arrests may take place soon in the case. Naresh Kushwaha, who allegedly ran the flesh trade, used to supply girls through pimps, police said. He has been booked under relevant sections of Prohibition of Immoral Trafficking Act, they said.
