“It has trajectory and it will hit,” said Vaid on Thursday during a live Twitter question-answer session. “I will again tell you that the people should not come near encounter sites. They are responsible for their own deaths.”

Vaid’s statement comes a day after four civilians were killed in a crossfire in Kulgam district. He later observed that the person to the pose the question, Twitter-user Abu Hamza, must be from Pakistan.
