PANAJI: The emergency services department of a scrapyard godown, located in the Mapusa industrial estate, on Monday caught fire, official sources said.
 
The fire broke in the wee hours and fire tenders have been rushed to the site, they said.

However, attempts are still on to extinguish the fire, sources added.
