Two FIRs, including one under the Gangster Act, were lodged against Samajwadi Party MLA from Kanwar assembly Sultan Beig in Breilly district, police said here today."An FIR was lodged against Beig by a revenue department official at Shergarh police station yesterday alleging that he had grabbed government land in Padera village of Bareilly district," they said.The official alleged that the MLA was using government land for his personal use and failed to release the land from his possession dispute repeated requests.The second FIR was lodged by incharge of Shergarh police station against Beig and eight other persons under Gangster Act, police said.This is third FIR against a SP MLA within the last 10 days.On January 16 an FIR was lodged against Beig on charges of power pilferage.
