When the investigating agency submitted the report, the court refused to accept the same as it was in Gujarati and asked the investigating agency to submit it in English.

The hearing in the dummy writer's case was held on Monday where the government pleader had submitted that the investigation in the case is over and the court may dismiss the public Interest litigation as the object behind the petition has been achieved and the investigating agency is in the process of filing a chargesheet in the case. The petitioners in the case, however, raised an objection and asked for explanation over the statement made by the government pleader.

The court hearing the argument asked the investigating agency to file the status report.
