Two minor girls were raped in the national capital in separate incidents since yesterday, police said today.Mohammed Salim, 39, was detained for allegedly raping his 13-year-old daughter in west Delhi's Tilak Nagar yesterday, a senior police officer said.The detention came following the girl informing police that her father, a rickshaw-puller, reached home and under the influence of alcohol, allegedly raped her.Police rushed to the spot and the girl was taken to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital where a medical test was conducted. The medical report is awaited.In the second case, 28-year-old Sushil was arrested for allegedly raping a seven-year-old girl for the past three months in Anguri Bagh area near Red Fort. The victim was the Sushil's neighbour.The incident came to light today after an NGO came to know about the ordeals of the girl.The girl was being sexually abused for the last three months."She had taken admission in a school run by the NGO. The teachers, employed there were quite friendly with her and she narrated the entire story to them. The NGO workers lodged a complaint with police following which Sushil was arrested," the officer said.
