Fake cop caught by police in Ahmedabad

A man was caught by the Ellisbridge police for posing as a policeman and hitting a software engineer.

Paresh Patel, a software engineer from Odhav was sitting in Parimal garden with his wife on Sunday, when a man caught Patel by his neck and slapped him.

The assailant first identified himself as a cop and later as a journalist. Paresh felt there was something fishy about the man and called up the police control room. Police officials soon reached the spot and nabbed
