Eve-teaser thrashed, tonsured in UP

An eve-teaser was beaten and his head tonsured by neighbours in Khurja area here, police said today.Neighbours of Jaiprakash, in his early 20's, thrashed him after locking him in a room. They also shaved off his head and blackened his face after he allegedly teased a girl of the locality, they said.The youth was admitted to a hospital in serious condition, police said.
