Meanwhile, the CISF, entrusted with airport security, has tightened access control following a crude explosive being found in a Kingfisher aircraft that arrived in Thiruvananthapuram from Bangalore on Sunday.
Passengers, both international and domestic, were allowed entry into the airport only after producing identity proof, officials said.
