The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has suspended an officer for allegedly conducting a poor quality probe into the Hasan Ali Khan case in 2007.    ED officer Amrinder Kumar Singh was suspended yesterday for conducting a "shoddy probe", ED sources said today. The agency will also conduct an inquiry against Singh, they said.     The ED is likely to file a charge sheet against Khan and co-accused Kashinath Tapuriah, a Kolkata-based businessman, in a sessions court here.      Khan is accused of stashing $8 billion in foreign banks including UBS Bank in Zurich, while Tapuriah is accused of aiding Khan.
