The introduction of e-tendering in 17 departments of the Madhya Pradesh government has clicked, with more than 4,500 tenders worth Rs9,400 crore cleared in the last fiscal.     More that 4,500 bids were awarded following the e-tendering in FY 2010-11, officials said today. The process was introduced in the hope that it would bring in more transparency.     All the government departments have been asked to publish the tenders on the the departmental website, officials said. In addition, the tenders would be posted on the state public relation department's website too.
