Dr Subhash Chandra hails new V-P, says it's a new morning for India
'Now everyone will get a chance to speak in RS'
Hailing M Venkaiah Naidu's as the right choice, Rajya Sabha MP and Essel Group Chairman Dr Subhash Chandra said on Saturday that the morning "tomorrow" will be a new morning since Independence.
"It will be a new morning because people belonging to one ideology will be there as President, Vice-President, Prime Minister and in the council of ministers. Before this, in the Congress, there were people of different ideologies," said Dr Chandra after casting his vote.
An independent MP from Haryana, Dr Chandra added: "One thing which is being discussed with Venkaiah ji being there is that several opposition parties have given a clear indication that they would be with the NDA whenever voting is required in future."
"Now we hope that all people will get the opportunity to speak (in the House). Until now only a few people used to get the opportunity to speak," Dr Chandra said.
