NEW DELHI: An association of doctors supporting noted cardiologist Naresh Trehan in the tussle with the management of Fortis Healthcare on Wednesday moved the Delhi High Court for setting up a committee to run Escorts hospital.

An application in this regard was mentioned before Justice Gita Mittal on Wednesday, but she fixed the matter for hearing on Thursday.

The court had on May 19 permitted Trehan to treat patients and have unrestricted entry into the Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre run by Fortis Healthcare, which had removed the cardiologist.
