National BJP vice-president and in-charge of Rajasthan, Avinash Rai Khanna is confident the BJP is returning to power in the state. In an exclusive interview to DNA, Khanna who presided over the appointment of the new state BJP chief Madan Lal Saini on Saturday, is visibly impressed by the outreach of the government programmes under the leadership of chief minister Vasundhara Raje in Rajasthan.
