At a press meet in Jatinga Bird Watching Centre here yesterday, the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council, Chief Executive Member (CEM), Debolal Gorlosa said the two festivals are being hosted to promote tourism, peace and brotherhood in the district.
Gorlosa said collective efforts can only make the events achieve grand success.
The Jatinga festival will be held from September 22 to 24, while the Falcon festival will be from November 15 to 20.
