Peeved over Lalu Prasad's 'outrageous' remarks on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP chief Amit Shah, BJP moved the Election Commission on Thursday seeking strict action against the RJD supremo. "We have submitted a memorandum to the CEC seeking removal of Lalu Prasad as the chief of RJD, and at the same time derecognize the party," said Kuldeep Pati Tripathi, the legal and admin cell in-charge of BJP's Uttar Pradesh unit.
