A 57-year-old Delhi Police official committed suicide on Wednesday by shooting himself in the head with his service revolver, police said. Sub-inspector Kaptan Singh was on duty in the diplomatic enclave at Chanakyapuri. The incident took place at 6.30 a.m.
The reason behind the suicide is not known, a police official told IANS.
