Delhi-NCR weather: Heavy rain lashed Delhi and the national capital regions from Saturday night to Sunday morning while the G20 Summit was going on. The Indian Meteorological Department has also predicted light rainfall in several parts of Delhi-NCR on Monday morning.

Sunday's minimum temperature at Delhi's main meteorological station, the Safdarjung observatory, was 23.5°C, two degrees below average for the time of year. The maximum temperature is anticipated to be approximately 34°C on Sunday, according to the IMD prediction.

In Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, heavy rainfall was witnessed last night and Sunday morning. According to the latest reports, the cities will continue to see rainfall on Monday morning. 

Apart from Delhi-NCR, the weather department has predicted rainfall in Madhya Pradesh, East Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh till Monday. Heavy rainfall is also expected across northeast India in the next 3-4 days.

Furthermore, a fresh cyclonic circulation is likely to form around September 12 over the northwest and west-central Bay of Bengal which will bring more rainfall. s a result, it is anticipated that starting on September 12, rainfall activity will rise over Odisha and Chhattisgarh.
